- Lead end-to-end execution of campus onboarding programs for fresh hires
- Conduct and facilitate engaging training sessions—in-person and virtual
📊 Training Needs & Program Design
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to assess training needs across teams
- Use job analysis, interviews, and surveys to identify skill gaps
- Design tailored training programs, workshops, and learning journeys aligned to strategic goals
📈 Evaluation & Analytics
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
- Adjust programs based on completion rates, feedback scores, and ROI
- Report key L&D metrics and maintain continuous improvement cycles
📚 Learning Culture Development
- Build sustainable learning ecosystems and best-in-class learner experiences
- Enhance LMS adoption and track participation, engagement, and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- PG/MBA with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Prior experience in campus onboarding and corporate training programs in IT/ITES/Consulting
