Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Studio integrations for global clients.
- Maintain and support Workday integrations in a production environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and documentation.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Assist in transitioning Java/.NET developers to Workday by mentoring and supporting training initiatives (if cross-trained).
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Workday Studio and Workday Integration tools (preferred).
- Willingness to cross-train from Java or .NET to Workday, if not already experienced.
- Solid understanding of XML, XSLT, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.
- Familiarity with HR systems, enterprise cloud platforms, or ERP is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Workday certification(s) in Integration or Studio (a strong advantage).
- 3+ years of experience in Java/.NET with strong interest in transitioning to Workday.
- Previous experience in HR technology, Payroll, or Finance systems.
