Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions on the HANA platform.
- Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Develop and customize SAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and conversions using ABAP on HANA.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to SAP development best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP and S/4HANA advancements and recommend innovative solutions to optimize system performance.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming on the HANA platform.
- Proven experience in custom development, reporting, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HANA database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex SAP projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP ABAP on HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations.
- Familiarity with system integration tools and hybrid cloud environments.
