Key Responsibilities
- Allocate work, track status, and ensure completion of records assigned for testing.
- Ensure testing is completed within agreed timelines and adheres to high-quality standards.
- Investigate the reliability and integrity of data, validate conclusions, and assess assumptions.
- Provide program management support, including training on key applications and tools.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure seamless information sharing.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Explore alternative approaches to issues, proposing actionable solutions.
- Recommend changes to procedures to optimize workflows and maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Services with expertise in AML/KYC, application support, and/or project management.
- In-depth knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and control frameworks.
- Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Proven ability to raise issues or escalate information to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with market, banking, fintech, securities, lending, corporate, and trade finance products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data investigation, program management, and process improvement.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders for timely results.
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks and quality assurance methodologies.
