Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Implementation
- Lead Oracle Fusion Time and Labor configurations and functional implementations.
- Work with global clients to gather and document business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionality.
- Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and design future process flows aligned with client needs.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and extensions.
- Support development teams during RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) delivery phases.
Testing & Validation
- Define test scenarios and create comprehensive test scripts for functional and technical components.
- Execute unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot identified issues.
- Validate system configurations and ensure error-free go-live execution.
Training & Documentation
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client stakeholders.
- Conduct end-user workshops to ensure seamless adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide consistent project updates and issue tracking reports to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
- 2+ Oracle HCM Cloud implementation cycles with hands-on Time and Labor experience.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR / Time & Labor) highly desirable.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM suite, business process mapping, and configuration.
- Excellent communication, client management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid consulting environment.
