Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Transfer Agency, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide governance and oversight for outsourced Transfer Agent services and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support share class setup to enable timely execution of deliverables.
- Manage and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
- Liaise with transfer agents to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and projects.
- Drive proactive relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
- Influence and implement change based on business and client requirements.
- Learn and apply automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct root cause analysis to enhance client experience and operational processes.
- Adhere to governance frameworks and ensure policy compliance.
- Review operational workflows to identify enhancements and escalate risks.
