Key Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master at JP Morgan Mumbai, you will:
- Lead 2–3 squads, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive the Agile evolution strategy, aligning with organizational goals and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.
- Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report on Agility metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage progress and reporting.
- Stay updated on Agile best practices and incorporate new trends into the organization’s workflow.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
- Advocate for Agile values and principles, embedding them into the organizational culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or Agile project management.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing Agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in complex organizations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and analytics.
- Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Wealth Management or Asset Management industry.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor Agile teams for growth and maturity.
