🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Workday Integration Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, Web Services)
- Convert business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues with minimal supervision
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code using best practices
- Support production and resolve integration incidents
- Lead integration workstreams across project phases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient integration experiences
- Document and deliver field mapping, system design, and testing procedures
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
- Workday Integration Certification (mandatory)
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementation/support
- Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with Report Writer, DTs, and CCW
- Understanding of HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment
- Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client-interfacing skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Workday Integration certification is mandatory
- Additional experience with Workday Extend or WQL is a plus
