Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to Java development projects leveraging Microservices Architecture on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP-integrated microservices ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate remotely with SAP teams based in Munich (Garching), ensuring smooth project execution aligned with CET timezone.
- Develop frontend solutions using SAP Fiori and SAP Fiori Elements, incorporating JavaScript as needed.
- Implement and support DevOps practices including continuous integration, test automation with JUnit, and release management.
- Work closely with supply chain and logistics modules such as SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Drive innovation and efficiency by proposing improvements in architecture, processes, and tooling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Java development within Microservices Architecture on SAP BTP.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript for frontend development, especially related to SAP Fiori.
- Proficient in DevOps tools and test automation frameworks including JUnit.
- Experience in SAP Logistics and Supply Chain Management, preferably with SAP TM or SAP EWM.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP development environment and best practices.
- Proven ability to work remotely across different time zones, collaborating with global teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Experience in frontend development with SAP Fiori and SAP Fiori Elements is highly desirable.
