Key Responsibilities
As an Investments Discretionary Associate, you will:
- Support program governance, policy administration, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with product stakeholders, business partners, legal, operations, control teams, and portfolio managers.
- Lead projects driven by business or regulatory requirements; track timelines, report progress, and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain and enhance procedures, processes, and data reporting to improve efficiency and support regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and platform teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Take full ownership of project documentation, meetings, deliverables, and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
- Strong Project Management or Product Management experience with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude with attention to detail.
- Experience with data analysis and management tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, SQL, and core MS Office applications.
