✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead semiconductor and electronics product engineering projects in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers.
- Drive advanced semiconductor OSAT operations: traditional & advanced assembly/test processes, data requirements, and implications for MES (B2B-SCM-MES integration).
- Conduct hands-on electronics product engineering and development from OSAT and EMS industries.
- Implement foundry fabrication and design validation practices.
- Utilize and consult on Semiconductor MES Systems (FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, SiView).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technical insights clearly and effectively.
- Participate in continuous innovation initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
🛠️ Essential Skills & Expertise
- Expertise in semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT), advanced packaging SME with 10+ years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Semiconductor MES Systems (FactoryWorks, OpsCenter, Critical Manufacturing, SiView).
- Proven hands-on experience in electronics product engineering from OSAT and EMS sectors.
- Foundry fabrication and discrete manufacturing (PP) expertise preferred.
- Ability to analyze and integrate B2B-SCM-MES systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
🎓 Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related discipline.
