Summary

Kroll is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer – Manager in Bangalore, India to lead Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives for enterprise clients across the US and EMEA regions. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying IGA solutions, such as Saviynt and Veza, and a proven track record in mentoring, leading IAM teams, and collaborating with international clients. The successful candidate will design, implement, and optimize scalable IAM/IGA solutions, ensuring compliance with global security and regulatory standards while contributing to Kroll’s reputation for excellence in cybersecurity and identity management.

Key Responsibilities

IAM & IGA Strategy

• Lead strategic IAM and IGA assessments and roadmap development.
• Plan and implement IGA/IAM solutions ensuring compliance with US and EMEA regulations.
• Drive scalable IAM deployments across enterprise clients.

Technical Leadership

• Oversee configuration, deployment, and integration of IGA platforms like Saviynt and Veza.
• Develop API-based connectors for seamless integration with target applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and consultants, promoting a collaborative team culture.

Collaboration & Operations

• Work with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Application Development, and Information Security.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting for IAM/IGA systems.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging IGA/IAM technologies and global best practices.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence in identity management.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven hands-on experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.).
• Strong programming knowledge in Java and Python.
• Experience developing API integrations for IAM platforms.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for international client engagement.
• Knowledge of global regulatory and security compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA deployment.
• Preferred certifications:
  • Saviynt Certified IGA Professional
  • CISSP
  • SailPoint Identity Security Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
