🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update asset inventory for Business Support operations.
- Manage asset capitalization process in SAP.
- Conduct yearly physical asset verification in coordination with stakeholders.
- Handle inventory management and documentation processes.
- Plan revenue budgets through analysis of historical expenses and future forecasts.
- Track budget utilization and prepare timely MIS reports.
- Forecast and plan capital budgets (CapEx) by engaging with internal divisions.
- Ensure on-time execution of capital expenditure plans.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reporting to VH, FH & MD levels.

- Strong command over budgeting, asset tracking, and inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent MIS reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate financial insights.

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com).
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in asset management, budgeting, or finance operations.
