Key Responsibilities
As an HR Project Manager at KPMG Global Services, you will:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end HR projects from planning to execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs in alignment with business needs.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive change management initiatives related to HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all project activities.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in HR project management or similar roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus.
- Experience in HR transformation or consulting environments is advantageous.
