Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee data and update HRMS systems regularly.
- Prepare and share payroll inputs; coordinate with finance for smooth processing.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Support employee grievance management and resolve issues in coordination with HRBP.
- Assist in training programs, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and compliance checklists.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling employee relations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR teams and business partners.
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
