Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Business Services at QatarEnergy, you will be responsible for:
🚀 TAWTEEN Program Leadership
- Oversee the implementation, tracking, and evaluation of TAWTEEN localization initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of all program goals and outcomes in alignment with QatarEnergy’s strategy.
🌐 Digital Platforms & Communications
- Manage and maintain the TAWTEEN website, applications, and social media channels.
- Ensure digital tools align with branding, user experience, and accessibility standards.
📊 Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all TAWTEEN teams and stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and external entities to drive operational efficiency.
- Report regularly on progress, challenges, and interdependencies to executive leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong background in data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Proven experience in project management within complex or cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
🖥️ Technical Competencies
- Intermediate understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and communication tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems, digital portals, and performance dashboards.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management, Business Strategy, or IT Systems are a plus.
