Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Project Delivery:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams and ensure timely delivery of actuarial services.
- Lead multiple valuation and pension projects, managing budgets, timelines, and workflow streams.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with client teams through consistent and high-quality execution.
- Manage client expectations and escalate issues appropriately to Lead Retirement Consultants.
Excellence & Technical Oversight:
- Perform technical review of actuarial work products.
- Contribute to the development of new tools, methodologies, and approaches for improved service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and quality, reducing costs and risks.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Achieve 75% billable hours as defined by management.
- Optimize resource allocation to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
People Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach pension analysts and senior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Act as a role model for junior associates, providing guidance on performance and career growth.
- Foster collaboration with colleagues across US Retirement Practice offices.

- Strong understanding of accounting and insurance principles.

Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant field.
- Actuarial credentials in progress (pursuing Actuary).
- Minimum 4+ years of actuarial experience performing and reviewing core valuation work.
- Demonstrated experience in managing pension and welfare plan projects.
