🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Guidewire Developer / Integrator / Configurator, you will:
- Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions using Guidewire Claims Center
- Customize the Guidewire Suite to meet business process and functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and architects to implement integrations
- Write and maintain high-quality code using Gosu scripting and Java
- Support defect triaging, issue resolution, and code optimization
- Contribute to architecture discussions and participate in code reviews
- Develop APIs and work on Guidewire integrations with external systems
🧠 Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Claims Center, preferably with configuration and integration
- Strong command of Gosu programming language and Java
- Experience in implementing Guidewire best practices and development standards
- Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, Rules Engine, and Web Services
- Good understanding of insurance domain, especially in claims processing
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in an agile team environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- 3 to 9 years of experience in Guidewire application development/configuration
- Certifications in Guidewire (optional but preferred)
