Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities for the Standby/Guarantee team with accuracy and compliance.

- Support managers in driving process optimization and ensuring service quality.

- Develop and implement business plans, procedures, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in trade operations or related banking domain.
- Strong business knowledge of trade products including guarantees and standby letters of credit.

- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
