Key Responsibilities
As the Global Product Owner Director at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
- Drive Data Integrity & Reporting
- Lead the design and execution of data management and reporting enablement strategies.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across 60+ markets.
- Oversee integration between SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and BCG’s global platforms.
- Product Ownership & Squad Leadership
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, backlog, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with SAP Product Leads, Analysts, and cross-functional squads.
- Align initiatives with BCG’s global finance and IT strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with global finance leaders and business process owners.
- Translate business needs into scalable ERP and reporting solutions.
- Present updates, outcomes, and product performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Agile Transformation & Innovation
- Foster Agile principles across squads, focusing on iterative delivery.
- Leverage AI and automation for financial reporting efficiencies.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in finance, accounting, and data management.
- Proven leadership in global ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Advanced understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and data structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills.
- Ability to operate in Agile environments, with experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in global finance, ERP systems, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- Prior experience in consulting, financial transformation, or professional services is a plus.
