Responsibilities
As a BCG Global IT Data Analyst Senior Specialist, you will:
- Define, build, and implement reporting and analytic use cases to support senior management.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Develop Tableau and Business Objects dashboards for executive-level decision-making.
- Create functional specifications and ensure smooth project execution in Agile environments.
- Analyze multiple data sources to design practical and efficient data models.
- Assess reporting gaps and recommend innovative solutions aligned with global data strategy.
- Support knowledge management by documenting business requirements and analytics processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Economics. MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in finance, procurement, and reporting analytics (consulting/services experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
- Global work exposure in professional services a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Snowflake DB a plus).
- Strong command of Tableau and Business Objects for business intelligence.
- Experience with Coupa platform preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
