Key Responsibilities
As the Global IT Configuration Engineer Manager at BCG, you will:
- Oversee implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of global recruiting applications (iCIMS, Eightfold, and integrated tools).
- Act as a hybrid System Administrator + Business Analyst for recruiting technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, development, testing, and technical support.
- Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to optimize recruiting processes and enable digital transformation.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and integrations with third-party recruitment tools.
- Create user stories, technical specifications, and visual aids (wireframes) for cloud-based applications.
- Support Agile-driven development, ensuring successful release cycles and functionality rollouts.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale ATS (Application Tracking Systems) and recruitment SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with iCIMS and Eightfold (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integrations, SaaS products, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI-powered recruitment technologies.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams in fast-paced global environments.
- Knowledge of recruiting assessment tools and CRM integrations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
