💼 Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly GL reconciliation activities
- Reconcile various financial accounts including:
- Branch
- ATM
- Cards
- Deposits
- Loans
- Cash & Vault
- Bank & Clearing
- Settlement and Suspense Accounts
- Conduct intersystem reconciliations such as GL vs SL and GL vs Investment platforms
- Perform root cause analysis for unreconciled transactions and drive resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reconciliation accuracy and efficiency
🛠️ Required Skills
- Strong understanding of banking product operations (Retail, Commercial, Wealth)
- Hands-on experience in financial GL reconciliations and exception tracking
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Familiarity with GL reconciliation tools like:
- Blackline
- ARCS
- SAP Recon
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, PSGL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
