Key Responsibilities
- Operate, control, and monitor production stations and associated equipment in strict compliance with operating procedures.
- Ensure maximum recovery of condensate and Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) products while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports on production activities and equipment status.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to sustain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvements and meet production targets.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and operational anomalies as part of plant operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in operating oil and gas process plants.
- At least 2 years of direct experience as a Distributed Control System (DCS) Operator.
- Strong knowledge of process plant operations, safety protocols, and production optimization.
- Ability to interpret process control diagrams and operating procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with plant safety systems and emergency response procedures.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education.
- Successful completion of 3 years full-time technical training in process plant operations within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
