🎯 Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Operate and monitor crude processing units in accordance with Refinery IMS Procedures under supervision.
- Assist in controlling refinery processes and panels to ensure smooth and safe crude oil handling.
Team Leadership & Vigilance
- Act as a proactive team player to support supervisors and panel operators.
- Demonstrate strong vigilance, analysis, and surveillance skills to maintain operational excellence.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and participate in safety training programs.
- Maintain full working knowledge of protection systems and operational procedures to ensure compliance.
Technical Monitoring
- Report anomalies and deviations from standard procedures.
- Assist in performing routine inspections and system checks for equipment reliability.
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of refinery operational procedures and protection systems.
- Vigilance and problem-solving aptitude in process operations.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 7 years of operational experience in multiple units of refinery or chemical plants.
- Hands-on experience with crude processing systems and refinery IMS Procedures.
Educational Background
- Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent.
- 2 Years Technical Training (CNAQ Diploma or equivalent).
- Achieved Level 4 English Competence or higher.
- Completed mandatory HSE training programs.
