- Proven ability to propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client and stakeholder needs effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with banking operations, financial controllers’ processes, and fund administration systems.
- Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment.
