Key Responsibilities
- Rig Floor Operations
- Assist the Driller and Derrickman in rig floor tasks.
- Handle drill tools and tubular handling equipment.
- Material Handling
- Safely move, load, and store rig equipment and supplies.
- Drilling Operations Support
- Provide operational assistance during drilling activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of rig tools.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the rig floor.
- Carry out routine equipment checks.
- Safety Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Actively participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling operations.
- At least 6 months of proven experience as a Floorman.
- Previous experience as a Roustabout in a drilling company is required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- No mandatory certifications required, but rig safety training is a plus.
