Responsibilities
As a Field Specialist – Surface Pressure Control, you will:
- Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair wellhead and surface pressure control equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment usage, safety procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee wellhead installation operations, ensuring safe execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, emergency response, and timely repairs of surface pressure systems.

- Manage and download the latest bills of material and system drawings for assigned jobs.
- Mentor new Field Specialists and provide leadership to on-site support teams.

Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience with surface wellhead systems, pressure control, and field service operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, and wellhead hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Capable of working independently and leading field teams under dynamic conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to safety and compliance.
Qualifications
