Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust production facilities under guidance from General or Senior Operators to ensure optimal recovery and injection.
- Support standby duty and rotational assignments at wellhead operations as needed.
- Work across multiple plant areas including Khatiyah Main, North & South Degassing Stations, Fahahil North, Main, and South, Jaleha Degassing Stations, Stripping Plant, North Gas Lift Compressor Station, Gas Lift Manifolds, and Pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and report plant performance, operational anomalies, and equipment status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support smooth and safe oilfield operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in process plant operations in oil or petrochemical industries.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and field-based environments.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Basic technical understanding of oilfield production equipment and plant systems.
- Effective communication skills in oral and written English.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary Education (12 years).
- Minimum 3 years of formal technical training in process plant operations, supplemented with safety and operations short courses (TAFE or equivalent preferred for nationals).
- At least 4 years of operational experience in oil or petrochemical process plants.
