Key Responsibilities
Technical & Delivery
- Lead finance transformation initiatives in Record to Report, Invoice to Pay, and Order to Cash processes.
- Guide ERP implementation projects including SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics, and digital finance tools.
- Design automation and optimization solutions such as accrual engine design, revenue recognition processes, and payables optimization.
- Lead business requirement gathering, blueprinting, functional design, and solution implementation.
- Own specialized finance areas and drive financial and non-financial growth.
Business Development & Solution Development
- Lead pursuit teams to understand client challenges and develop tailored finance solutions.
- Create client proposals, solution presentations, and project strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-service teams to expand EY’s business footprint.
- Develop internal capabilities, conduct training sessions, and coach team members.
People Management
- Manage teams of 5–8 managers across solution areas.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance.
- Ensure team engagement and continuous professional growth.
Skills & Attributes
Subject Matter Expertise
- Deep knowledge in finance processes: Record to Report, Invoice to Pay, Order to Cash.
- Expertise in ERP systems: SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Proficiency with digital finance tools: Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, RPA solutions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML and analytics in finance.

- Strong business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead diverse, global teams and manage multi-geography projects.

Qualifications
- CA, MBA (Finance), CWA, CMA, CFA with a background in Commerce or Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant consulting experience (international client exposure preferred).
- Previous experience in Big4 or multinational consulting firms.
