Key Responsibilities
Web Content Management
- Upload, create, and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for EY.com and related sites.
- Select appropriate modules/components to achieve marketing objectives.
- Ensure quality control, visual aesthetics, and performance optimization of web pages.
- Diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade pages for optimal performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with designers, editors, and global teams to ensure timely publication.
- Suggest the best templates and modules to meet marketing goals.
- Provide guidance on image selection, layout, and content alignment.
Technical & Design Support
- Utilize Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and MS Office for content enhancement.
- Demonstrate basic HTML knowledge and familiarity with web standards.
- Coordinate projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality protocols.
Skills and Attributes
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools.
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and web best practices (responsive design, link placements, image sizing).
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable to flexible work timings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with web publishing and AEM.
- Experience in visual asset management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr, Brightcove, Crownpeak, or similar tools is desirable.
