Key Responsibilities
As an EY Strategy Manager – TST in Noida, you will:
- Define and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy and vision aligned with business priorities.
- Advise clients on digital transformation, IT operating models, and enterprise architecture.
- Drive large-scale transformation programs for CIOs and CTOs across industries.
- Assess IT maturity, optimize governance, and deliver IT-enabled business models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional EY advisory teams to deliver end-to-end consulting solutions.
- Lead C-level client conversations, workshops, and transformation roadmaps.
- Develop EY’s TST practice through thought leadership, new offerings, and client relationship building.
- Mentor and coach teams while managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- BE/B.Tech and MBA from Tier-1 business schools.
- Experience:
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, IT transformation, or enterprise technology strategy.
- Proven success in enterprise-wide business transformations.
- Deep exposure to at least one sector: Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or E-commerce.
Preferred Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of digital, cloud, AI/ML, automation, IoT, blockchain, and emerging tech.
- Experience in IT governance, IT service management, Agile methodologies, and business-IT alignment.
- Ability to conduct business capability modeling, portfolio analysis, and valuation.
- Strong communication skills to present complex strategies to C-suite executives (CIO, CFO, COO, etc.).
- Industry certifications (TOGAF, AWS Cloud, ITIL, etc.) preferred.
- Experience leading client workshops, writing white papers, or speaking at industry conferences is a plus.
