As part of the EY Cybersecurity Risk Consulting team, you will design, implement, and optimize Saviynt IAM solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Saviynt Identity & Access Management implementations for enterprise clients.
- Develop, configure, and customize IAM solutions, including provisioning workflows, triggers, and business rules.
- Build and maintain application connectors, entitlement reviews, and custom access request forms.
- Collaborate with global teams on new application onboarding and quarterly audit support.
- Design architecture solutions for scalable IAM environments (standalone and clustered).
- Provide mentorship and training to junior IAM consultants and contribute to EY’s knowledge-sharing culture.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for client engagements.
- Act as subject matter expert on Saviynt IAM best practices, compliance standards, and risk assessments.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA v5.0 or later.
- 2–5 successful end-to-end IAM implementations.
- Proficiency in Java (JSP, APIs, XML), SQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with web application deployment and troubleshooting (Tomcat/WebLogic).
- Good knowledge of LDAP, RDMS, and IAM architecture design.
- Scripting knowledge: Shell, PowerShell, Perl.
- Familiarity with global compliance frameworks (PCI, SOX, HIPAA).
- Strong interpersonal, client-facing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in shifts, on-call support, and global teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5–7 years of IT services experience, with at least 2+ years in Saviynt IAM.
- Certifications (preferred): Saviynt L100/L200, ITIL.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
