Responsibilities
Client Management
- Understand client business processes and industry-specific risk trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client teams.
- Ensure proactive communication and excellent client service.
Market Leadership & Innovation
- Support business development initiatives and engagement growth.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives using AI, Robotics, and Advanced Analytics.
- Assist in creating thought leadership content and process improvement frameworks.
Quality Delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and establish risk-based audit programs.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Perform audit testing and identify reportable issues.
- Draft comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assess compliance programs, policies, and procedures against regulatory expectations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support professional growth.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with risk management strategies and firm policies.
- Assist in engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Support the development of marketing materials, proposals, and new methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in risk consulting, internal audit, or process control (Big 4 experience preferred).
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business from a reputed university.
- Master’s in Business / CA / ACCA / CPA.
- CIA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with data analytics tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Globally mobile and flexible to travel for onsite client engagements.
