Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Assist seniors and managers in developing methodologies, solutions, and internal initiatives.
- Identify and escalate potential red flags during engagements.
- Prepare reports, deliverables, status updates, and audit committee presentations.
- Manage multiple projects and handle data analytics tasks using ACL, Access, etc.
- Apply internal auditing standards issued by IIA and ICAI.
- Mentor junior analysts and interns to support professional growth.
- Identify and escalate potential business opportunities within existing client engagements.
Client-Facing & Risk Advisory
- Engage directly with clients to provide risk insights and consulting solutions.
- Assess and enhance internal controls, compliance programs, and digital risk frameworks.
- Support the development of marketing materials, business proposals, and innovative methodologies.
Operational Excellence
- Manage engagement budgets and resource planning.
- Collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CA or Master’s degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in risk consulting, internal audit, or technology risk.
- Knowledge of TMT sector operations, technology risk, and enterprise risk management.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements.
