About the Role
As a Senior Associate Graphic Designer at EY Bengaluru, you will design and deliver engaging digital learning content that meets EY’s global learning standards. From creating interactive eLearning modules to producing animations, videos, and gamification strategies, you’ll play a central role in making learning experiences more engaging, inclusive, and impactful.
This role also requires mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand compliance, and working closely with content owners, subject matter reviewers (SMRs), and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules with assessments and multimedia elements
- Create high-quality graphics, layouts, animations, and videos for digital learning
- Implement gamification strategies to improve learner engagement and retention
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance on design practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders (content owners, SMRs, project teams) for requirement gathering and reviews
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and accessibility guidelines
- Troubleshoot and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure functionality and visual consistency
