Key Responsibilities
As a Content Facilitator – Senior Associate at EY, you will:
- Support design-thinking led client experiences through content, storytelling, and facilitation.
- Develop high-quality creative assets including scripts, narratives, and visually compelling outputs.
- Conduct empathy-led interviews, research analysis, persona creation, and journey mapping.
- Facilitate breakout sessions and workshops to gather insights and encourage collaboration.
- Collaborate with managers and project teams to design, moderate, and deliver impactful sessions.
- Create workshop preparation activities and manage engagement logistics.
- Apply visual storytelling, creative writing, and AI tools to enhance content speed and quality.
- Translate workshop insights into meaningful narratives aligned with business objectives.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of design thinking and collaborative methodologies.
- Creative content development skills with proficiency in storytelling and scripting.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, synthesize findings, and design engaging sessions.
- Familiarity with visual design tools, visual storyboarding, and composition.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to strategy.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- High adaptability, flexibility, and ability to thrive in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4–5 years in creative fields, consulting, design thinking, session delivery, or facilitation.
- Preferred: Experience in innovation workshops, session design, or client engagement.
- Education: MBA or advanced degree desirable.
