EY is seeking an experienced Learning Manager to join the Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with 10-14 years of experience in SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) instructional design and digital learning development. Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP/SI learning engagements, managing escalations, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and mentor a team of instructional design specialists in SAP/Systems Implementation.
- Design and implement SAP/SI course content using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other instructional design models.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify new learning opportunities and expand the SAP/SI project pipeline.
- Develop digital learning solutions including web-based learning, videos, interactive PDFs, webcasts, podcasts, nano-learnings, and VILT sessions.
- Utilize advanced visual design and gamification techniques to create learner-centric training experiences.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous internal review and client feedback.
- Lead process improvements, automation, and knowledge sharing across the GDS PC practice.
- Oversee team performance management, coaching, goal setting, and career development.
Required Skills & Attributes
- SAP Expertise: Experience with SAP modules such as FI, HR, MM, S4/HANA; knowledge of other ERP systems like Oracle, Workday is a plus.
- Instructional Design Mastery: Proficiency with SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe, and other authoring tools.
- Digital Learning Experience: Design and develop a wide range of digital learning deliverables and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Project & People Management: Proven experience managing large teams and multiple concurrent digital learning engagements.
- Strong communication, presentation, cross-cultural awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 10-14 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in SAP/Systems Implementation instructional design and digital learning.
- Proven proficiency in visual design, storyboarding, and learning experience platforms.
