EY-Parthenon is seeking an experienced Assistant Director – Strategy to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, and commercial strategy. You will lead engagements for blue-chip corporates, multinational investors, and private equity firms, helping them optimize capital, enter new markets, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate and growth strategy engagements, providing actionable insights for clients across industries.
- Spearhead case teams to address complex and unstructured business problems.
- Develop strategies for market entry, portfolio optimization, business model redesign, and strategic cost evaluation.
- Guide clients on go-to-market, commercial, digital, and innovation strategies.
- Support business development by steering pursuits, client proposals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and coach team members, participate in hiring, training, and firm-building activities.
- Contribute to EY-Parthenon intellectual capital development within your sector expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in executing and managing strategy consulting engagements.
- Expertise in corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, growth strategy, and market entry analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, VBA, Python is a plus.
- MBA or Master’s from a Tier 1 B-School; CFA or CA qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with Big Four consulting firms, large consulting, or research firms.
