Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Director – ITS, you will:
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to align internal transformation initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage and engage senior stakeholders at CxO, Partner, and Functional Head levels.
- Conduct rapid landscape assessments and provide actionable insights to refine current organizational states.
- Introduce innovative ideas, market trends, and data-driven recommendations to enhance decision-making.
- Lead complex transformation projects end-to-end, including scope definition, roadmap creation, and project execution.
- Implement change management strategies, including change impact analysis, readiness assessment, and adoption plans.
- Apply design thinking principles to solve complex business problems and drive innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels and collaboration networks across project teams.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and high-quality delivery.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process optimizations and leveraging technology enablers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 7+ years in management consulting or business transformation roles.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and practical implementation.
- Hands-on experience in organizational change management and design thinking frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including dashboards and presentation tools.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Big 4 professional services firms or global management consultancies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced education.
- Certification in Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Design Thinking, or Facilitation.
