Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Manager – Digital Strategy at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Deliver digital strategy engagements focused on transformation, innovation, and long-term value creation.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments, market scans, and competitive benchmarking.
- Assist in developing technology investment plans and AI/digital transformation roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify value creation opportunities across business functions.
- Lead research on technology adoption, market entry, and digital ecosystems.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in project delivery and analysis.

Qualifications
Must Have:
- 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or technology-led innovation.
- Familiarity with digital frameworks, innovation models, and tech-driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Excel; familiarity with Python or VBA is a plus.
- MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 B-School or equivalent consulting background.
Preferred:
- Project management expertise.
- Exposure to design thinking, MVP development, and platform ecosystem evaluations.
- Prior client-facing experience in strategy roadmap design and implementation.
