Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion SCM at EY, you will:
- Lead and support Oracle EBS and Fusion SCM modules, including Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Pricing, and Inventory.
- Gather client requirements, conduct CRP sessions, and document processes using AIM or prescribed methodologies.
- Design and deliver Oracle SCM solutions, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and training.
- Configure applications, prepare and execute test cases, and support SIT/UAT phases.
- Provide quality deliverables such as functional specifications, training materials, and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to map business requirements to Oracle SCM modules.
- Conduct workshops, deliver trainings, and assist business users throughout implementation.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) with reporting and updates.
- Ensure compliance with release management processes and project timelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules and familiarity with Fusion SCM.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical design.
- Client-facing consulting experience with ability to manage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team leadership and mentoring capability.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of release management and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Professional / Management Degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–7 years in Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM with at least 2 years of implementation experience.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience is strongly preferred.
