Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Business Intelligence (BI) team through design, development, and delivery phases.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver BI strategies.
- Develop custom Power BI dashboards, reports, and innovative solutions based on client needs.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices in BI design, data visualization, and reporting.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Support business development activities including POCs, RFPs, and service offering enhancements.
- Contribute to knowledge management, internal learning & development (L&D), and organizational initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging BI and AI technologies to continually improve client solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 8–11 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, and Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Proven experience in performance tuning dashboards and reports for scalability.
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, ETL processes, and data preparation.
- Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly develop POCs and demonstrate solutions to onshore/client teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Consulting, or Analytics roles.
- Prior experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
