Role Overview
As an Assistant Director in ITS, you will lead complex internal transformation programs critical to EY’s strategy and ambition. You will provide strategic guidance to executive leadership, manage large-scale projects, and enable cultural, organizational, and operational change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CxO, Partner, and Functional Head-level stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Conduct rapid landscape assessments, provide insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Drive project management, organizational change management, and design thinking initiatives.
- Lead complex internal projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Apply design thinking frameworks to identify innovative solutions and enhance client experiences.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and team development.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 7+ years in management or business consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite for dashboards, presentations, and reporting.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management, or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and models.
- Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and user-centric problem-solving.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to leverage technology as an enabler for business transformation.
Good to Have
- Experience at Big 4 professional services firms or global consultancies.
- MBA or equivalent advanced education.
