Key Responsibilities
As an SAP SAC Reporting Lead (Manager) at EY Kochi, your responsibilities include:
- Leading the design, development, and maintenance of reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective SAC solutions.
- Managing and mentoring the SAC reporting team with task allocation and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reports and dashboards.
- Developing and enforcing best practices for SAC reporting, including templates, guidelines, and documentation.

- Providing training and support to end-users on SAC functionality and report usage.

Skills & Expertise Required
- Deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) – reporting, dashboard development, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and BI best practices.
- Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and integration points with SAC.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python for advanced analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, manage, and grow teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and process optimization skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized institution (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAC certification (preferred).
