Key Responsibilities
As an EY Global Mobility Associate (VTH), you will:
- Handle HR mobility-related requests and inquiries via email/calls.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of mobility tasks/projects within SLAs and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow updated work instructions.
- Provide high-quality customer support while ensuring compliance with EY policies.
- Prepare reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global mobility teams to support cross-border assignments.
- Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and recommend enhancements.
- Participate in performance management and development activities.
- Work in variable/rotational shifts to meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred).
- 1–3 years of progressive HR experience or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new skills.
