About the Role
As a Talent Consultant, you will support the Talent agenda for a business unit at EY GDS. You will act as the key point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership, driving engagement initiatives, workforce capability, and talent management programs.
You will collaborate across teams to attract, develop, engage, and retain key talent, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives such as performance management, talent transformation, learning & development, and rewards & recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Talent Consultants in designing and implementing scalable engagement frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to implement talent initiatives across the business unit.
- Anticipate HR issues and provide insights on employee relations and workforce management.
- Drive and implement innovative HR programs and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
- Facilitate adoption of special projects, including performance management, talent transformation, and rewards exercises.
- Build strong relationships with Talent Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 6–8 years of HR generalist experience, including performance management and employee relations.
- Relevant experience in managing and delivering talent initiatives.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environment is a plus.
- Exposure to cross-border, virtual HR environments is desirable.
