Key Responsibilities
As a Supervising Associate – Ethics at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Support the Ethics Officer in managing complaints related to workplace harassment, sexual harassment, financial fraud, or integrity issues.
- Assist with ethics inquiries, investigations, and compliance reporting across multiple geographies (India, Poland, China, Philippines, Argentina).
- Develop a strong understanding of EY’s Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
- Draft case reports, prepare dashboards, and generate ethics-related MIS reports.
- Partner with the Legal and Employee Relations teams to handle cases and inquiries.
- Conduct awareness sessions for managers and senior professionals.
- Work on Risk Management and Ethics projects, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Handle data analysis with high attention to detail using MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, HR, or related fields.
- Experience: 6–8 years in HR Operations, Ethics, Compliance, or Corporate Investigations.
- Proven experience handling workplace grievances, harassment inquiries, and fraud investigations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
