Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement Zero Trust security solutions across enterprise IT and OT infrastructure.
- Lead architecture and solution design for network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and secure access controls.
- Deploy and manage security technologies including firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet), SDN Security, WAF, proxy/Zscaler, VPN, NAC, DDoS protection, and EDR/XDR solutions.
- Develop and implement scalable and resilient security architectures for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Prepare network documentation, HLDs, LLDs, and configuration guidelines.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, delivering domain-specific training and fostering a learning culture.
- Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders, communicating risks, architecture decisions, and security strategy effectively.
- Stay current on industry security standards, authentication protocols, and emerging threat landscapes.
- Lead initiatives for automation, security transformation, and client-specific solution enhancements.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Deep expertise in Zero Trust Security architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with network protection controls and platform security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, web filtering, virtualization security.
- Ability to design, implement, and manage micro-segmentation, firewalls, proxies, WAFs, and endpoint security.
- Proficiency in security strategy, risk & control assessments, and infrastructure security architecture.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in Cyber Security.
- Expertise in Zero Trust Security Strategy, Security Engineering & Architecture, Cloud Security Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, NAC, SDWAN, WAF, Proxy, EDR/XDR.
- Proven track record in deploying, maintaining, and operating network security devices.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Prior experience in Advisory or Technology Consulting.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, PRINCE2.
- Strong soft skills, including technical documentation, presentation, and negotiation.
