Join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) as a Senior Consultant – SAP IS-U Billing based in Bengaluru, with opportunities across India. Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional knowledge and hands-on experience for SAP IS-U in the Utilities industry.
- Configure and customize the IS-U system for billing and invoicing processes.
- Drive business workshops and blueprint sessions, develop BBPs/BBDs, create test scenarios, conduct trainings, and manage defects.
- Design core and customized business processes for IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
- Communicate complex requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage SAP IS-U master data creation, print workbench, RTP/TOU billing, EMMA configurations, and regulatory compliance.
- Integrate SAP Billing with Smart Metering Infrastructure, CRM, FICA, Device Management, and EDM.
- Participate in functional testing, debugging, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA with relevant SAP Utilities experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP IS-U Billing, including at least one full IS-U implementation project.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Billing schema, Rates, Facts, Rate Facts Group, Price key, Operand, Rate Category, Rate Type, Rate Determination, Variant Program
- Master data (BMD + TMD) management and billing operations
- Regulatory compliance and competitive market requirements in regulated/deregulated environments
- Skills: Strong communication, customer-facing capabilities, and ability to explain complex technical processes to business users.
